Rhonda Brewer is a fifth generation Floridian, and twenty six year resident of Islamorada. Rhonda attained her Broker’s license in 1986 while working at her mother’s real estate company. Together with two partners, Rhonda opened Moorings Realty, Inc. in 2002 with a small office on the Moorings Resort property. A year later, Moorings Realty, Inc. merged with Caribee Properties and moved their offices to the current location on the Pierre’s and Morada Bay property. Five years later, the merger is still going strong with the addition of several more full time agents and two rental property managers.

Marie has been a resident of the Florida Keys since 1980. Her philosophy of putting the customer's needs first has enabled her to develop great relationships in the real estate business. In addition to sales, Marie also operates our vacation rentals department. Whether coming to play or coming to stay, Marie is able to assist you with all your Florida Keys property needs.

In the real estate business for twenty-nine years, Peter has operated his own brokerage with offices in Key Largo, Islamorada and Key West. Trained in land development in such environmentally sensitive areas as Jackson, Wyoming, Belize, C.A., and The Florida Keys, Peter has accumulated much "know-how" to share with his clients and customers. Whether on the selling or buying end, he specializes in commercial properties and business sales, project management , design consulting and high-end residential. An avid free-diver and spear fisherman, Peter holds a 100 Ton Ocean Operator's License, and loves to spend time on and under the water.
