Rhonda Brewer is a fifth generation Floridian, and twenty eight year resident of Islamorada. Rhonda attained her Broker’s license in 1986 while working at her mother’s Islamorada real estate company. Together with two partners, Rhonda opened Moorings Realty, Inc. in 2002 with a small office on the Moorings Resort property. A year later, Moorings Realty, Inc. merged with Caribee Properties and moved their offices to the current location on the Pierre’s and Morada Bay property. Seven years later, the merger is still going strong with the addition of several full time agents and two rental Property Managers. Rhonda has been an active member of the Florida Keys Board of Realtors as a director and as President in 2007.
